Bilstein rollpin install help
 

I'm installing the roll pin on new Bilstein inserts.

- how do i know the shock insert is fully seated? (or is that a pointless question?)

- More importantly, how do you drive it back in? Just line it up and tap with a hammer, or is there a better way?

Stick a punch in the hole to line up the notch in the shaft with the hole. Leave the punch in while you drive the pin in from the other side. If you can pull the shock out while the punch is in, it's not down far enough. The split in the pin faces away from the shock shaft.
