This is the WIERDEST, craziest Porsche 911 Barn Find You'll Ever See!!

I don't know what to say about this, other than it's one of the weirdest Porsches I've ever seen. You won't believe what this dude did with enamel paint, a billion homemade laminated "stickers", what appears to be some sort of roofing tar, industrial silicone sealant, and about 100 lbs of stereo gear. It's...baffling.

I shot a full video for the rennch YouTube channel:

I can't wait to find out what the actual color is! I think it's a blue of some kind. And there's an (almost) numbers matching 911s motor nearby too, for a pretty reasonable price. Could be a score!

I think she told me it was originally Ossi Blue. I met her and Bruce at the Tustin flight Center show two weeks ago.

That is a mighty big project, but really great bones.

well, I think once it has some new fenders and quarters, it will look a LOT better.

This is a Porsche 911 restoration that was abandoned in 1994 after being converted to a race car. My plan is a twin turbo Subaru EZ30 porsche engine swap with 400+ HP to the wheels. Stay tuned.
All I know is what's in the video and listed in the description area.

If you have inside information do tell.

The video suggests the car may have been an audio showcase car not a race car, but year abandoned is the same.

What's the young lady's budget?

Michael,

I watched the video last night.....sheesh what a mess. That's a lot of crap in a small space and miles of wire! But, the car appears to have good bones, especially if there is not a lot of rust repair.

Best of luck to Kayla. Keep up the good work.

absolute cool thing about this one is, you can go savage about ripping and stripping it with with hardly any regret down to a bare tub as about 99% is junk or wasted and needs replacement.
So hardly any fussing about being careful and saving brittle parts what you normally do.

cant wait to see how you tackle to remove the front as it looks as if the fenders are bonded to the bumper as one unit (?).
never mind, just use a chainsaw, haha

You are NOT incorrect there. And every bolt has been covered in about 1/4 of what appears to be some kind of undercoating. The good news is...underneath all that is a perfectly preserved shell. There will be a propane torch involved!!

I'd pay an entry fee to see Cryo Works dry ice blast this thing. It would be so satisfying to see the before and after!
