Harbor Freight - Positive Experience
Positive shout out.
I cracked my 19 mm Pittsburg impact socket yesterday. Brought it to HF and without complaint or issue I was given a replacement. Just like Sears used to do for Craftsman back in the day.

Haven't bought anything there since the lockdowns.
Still gotta go someday to replace those faulty stands. Are the new new new ones good now ? I have lost track of the number of recalls. |

Nice that they replaced it, but it does raise the question about why it cracked. Shouldn't impact sockets be indestructible?

That’s awesome they replaced them. I’ve abused my impacts with no care in the world for about 18yrs now. Glad to know they can take more and no worry about replacement. I just hope the new ones are as tough as the old ones!
