SC window trim clean up ? Powdercoat ?

Just want to get some current feedback on cleaning up my SC's window trim.
It's an 80 with the black anodized that's going away.

I did a search and it sounds like removing the window trim and having it powder coated might be the way to go.
Thanks

Powdercoating requires that the trim pieces be media blasted clean before the coating and baking process takes place. The original finish might be an anodized finish.
