how do you replace o-rings on 3.2 fuel injector

I had the injectors out and I bought the seal kits. The each contain 2 o-rings, a non-metal washer and cap. A note when order the kit says "use o-rings only".

How do you get the o-rings on and off. Do the slide off over the washer and cap or do you disassemble these parts.

Any help or experience here would be nice.

I use a very small flathead to lift the old o-ring off the fragile plastic injector tips. Also when trying to slip the injector assembly into the manifolds, I spray some brake cleaner on the o-rings to get them to slip into the holes easily, otherwise you will have a ***** of a time trying to get them in.
