New Sparkplugs
All,
It's been discussed a lot on this forum. Just got to say that I just replaced my Bosch plugs with the NGK 5534 copper and what a difference!. The Bosch did not have many miles on them but noticed the car was missing a little and gas mileage was poor in 77S. Just replaced with the NGK, used the the factory gap at .035, and my car was like new. I'd read some posts that recommended setting to .040 and .045. Saw several that said leave it as is......boy were they right. Sean

If your old plugs are in bad enough condition, any brand of new plug can make a noticeable improvement in performance.

Can be very significant, don't underestimate the improvements it can do for the engine.

Just a note on the "age" of the Bosch plugs......only about 3,000 miles and 5 years since they were installed. Perhaps the years and not the mileage were the difference.
Not knocking the Bosch plugs, just these NGK are a huge difference to me.
