Adjust window trim?
 

I have an 1984 that recently got new f/r windows, and there are a couple of places where the rubber isn’t lining up all the way with the body. There are also a couple of places where the trim isn’t in all the way... I was thinking that maybe I should squeeze some urethane into the void to push the gasket out, but are there any other (better) tricks?

do not try to fill that with urethane. It is a much better option to get the windows and seals installed correctly. it the lip of the seal doesn't seat correctly on the frame it is most likely that the window is not fully seated. it also looks like your trip isn't shaped correctly. remove the windshield and just the bare windshield without the seal as a template to shape the aluminum trim. install the rubber on the glass and then install the aluminum trim into the rubber. the trim needs to be fully seated before the assembly can be installed into the chassis.

I've just gone through this as well. I had the same issue where the trim was sticking out in the inside of the corners, the outside was correctly seated though. I was able to work it in with a few hits with a rubber mallet.
The same also worked for the parts where the seal did not fully close flush with the body. For the corners it was best to use a wooden block to hammer from the trim from the end in the middle towards the corner.

I bet Aftermarket seals trim.. Need NOS
