My new headlight switch is slightly different than my original switch

The new switch has a "N" and 75 that are not on my old switch. Could "N" be same as "K"?

Thanks

David

Thanks, nice photo with added notes but unfortunately it doesn't answer my question of does "N" = "K"

creaturecat 04-25-2021 05:42 PM

the provided pic indicates N = K
is this a trick question? :)

Sorry was not meant to be a trick question. I just don't see how N = K

Population growth rate declines with population numbers, N, and reaches 0 when N = K.

I think creaturecat was linking your diagram to the photo. When comparing the two your n corresponds to the k. I would want more assurance than that.

I can't say about the K terminal, but N is for your license plate and ashtray light.

I see in the image above that K is marked as the ash tray and high beam indicator light, so they likely are the same.

Hello all,

Actually, I was the original poster of the switch nomenclature
as posted by proporsche during the installation of a new switch
on our '86.

It is accurate.

Best,

Gerry

pm me as needed.
