Fuel tank Bango fitting

Looking for some help in locating this banjo fitting for my 73T fuel tank.

Thanks
Mike

Also have a question about these types of fittings. First of all looks like I slid the part of the fitting that the fuel line connects to on backwards for the picture as the threaded end threads into the tank and fuel line connects in the opposite direction.
I had a local shop replace the front pan in my car and it looks like they must have kinked the fuel line when putting the tank back in.
My question is should there be a copper washer on both sides of the banjo fitting?

This isn't exact, but maybe it's close enough you could find one and slightly modify it?

I can't post a link but stoddard has what you need. The part is SIC-356-049-00 the porsche part is NLA 90135604900. Also yes there are 2 sealing rings on both sides of the banjo.
