Help, can't find CIS adjustment screw

Hi there, currently have car warmed up, and have borrowed a CO meter to set mixture, but now I can't find the CO adjustment screw. I have the 101 projects book, and I could have sworn I've done this before, but now I can find it. Is it physically on the fuel regulator or behind? Anybody have a hint for finding it?
