Electromotice TEC GT 200, injector wiring
Hello everyone,
Why can only two low impedance injectors be run per channel with Tec gt 200? Seems my 1984 Carrera 3.2 injector wiring setup is wired with 3 injectors on each of the two channels. Roslin ![]() ![]()

Based on what you posted, it says two HIGH impedance injectors, not LOW impedance. They are to be connected in parallel which will half the impedance, thus doubling the current. If you use low impedance you are increasing the current draw which is why they want high impedance injectors. They are clearly and reasonably concerned that you not exceed the current limit of the TEC unit. With 3 injectors, the current is triple that of one injector.
Since the last sentence I can see in your picture of the TeC manual speaks of sequential firing, I expect you have 6 injector outputs that you can wire one to each injector.

Yes of course
![]() I'm just at the very beginning, and trying to sort out how to wire the whole setup. I'm altering my 3.0 SC to EFI with stock 3.2 intake system.
