Upper front shock bushing donut 82 911

Just received my new Shock bushings for the top of the front shock where you can do your alinement . But My original units had a rubber donut around them. These do not. I contacted Pelican Parts and they sent me a parts blow up of the shock and the parts around it and no donuts . Anybody know where I can get them ??

I just recently refreshed my front end suspension as well. I was not able to find any information on those spacers (donuts) so I cleaned mine up and reused them. Hopefully you still have yours so that could be an option for you as well. If you are able to find a part number or equivalent replacement, please add to your thread here.

Good luck,
Dennis

What is the part number you ordered. For my year, they come bonded into the camber plate.

You can purchase aftermarket bushings from Elephant:

Duane, I don't believe that is what the OP is referring to....at least I'm not. I installed new bushings in my strut mounting plate but then there is also another spacer bushing that rests between the bottom of that bushing and the top of the Bilstein strut protective cover/sleeve. That's the bushing/donut I'm referring to. It's not listed in the parts diagram but it was installed on my car. So, I re-installed it since I assumed it was factory (since nothing else on this car appeared to have been touched/upgraded until I tore into it).

I believe it is usa only for ride height and i think it is
911 341 615 00
Part #6 in 74-77 parts catalog called a spacer

That makes sense. I looked it up at a couple suppliers, shows discontinued. Maybe there are some laying around somewhere if a person needs a set, post a WTB in classifieds. If they were only supplied for US cars, then I think I'll just pull them out since I lowered my ride height anyway.

Thanks for the info!

Dennis
