Looking for help figuring out if my PMO 46 carb floats are cracked. Sure looks like it to my untrained eye, but seeking advice / opinions. Is there a reliable way to test?
Thanks ![]()

PUll the pin, slide out shaft, remove float and submerge in liquid. If they bubble, they are leaking...

I’d first contact Richard at PMO to see if he can’t help you out. Otherwise, Paul Abbot at Performance Oriented might have suggestions.

They are composite floats, so they don't absorb fuel. Should keep floating for years.

Anyone know how to contact Richard? Just the fax method? I'll try that I guess via Gmail Fax.
