Where do these wires go from antenna booster?

I had my windshield pulled on my 85 cab to replace my dashboard and found this random box sitting in the dash. Part number is 928-645-173-01 which appears to be the antenna booster.

There are 2 wires coming out of this box, one on the bottom and one opposite the mounting bracket. The wire coming from opposite the mounting bracket (in the photo) appears cut and I do not know where they go to. Is someone able to assist with pointing where these wires reconnect to ?

The wire opposite the mounting bracket is the antenna wire (round connector locked with the clip) and is actually part of your front window. Normally you should disconnect this before pulling the window and it will come out with the window.

If you are going to reuse the window, you will need to find a way to solder it back onto the window securely.

The wires exiting on the bottom are the actual 'amplified' antenna signal that goes through the firewall and ends up under the dash to your radio and a smaller (black I believe) wire that carrier the 12V power supply for the antenna amplifier. In my case this is connected to the radio head unit, 12V out for accessories so it only receives power when the radio is on.

This is the part of the Workshop manual that refers to it
