What is the easiest way to access under the front fenders?

I have some cibie lights mounted to the fenders I would like to remove. What is the easiest way to access the bolts holding them inside the front fenders? Thanks http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1624765133.jpg

The bumper is not hard to remove.

Thinking about it... Why not just destroy the lights from above with an angle grinder.

I have new ones to install in their place so I will need to be able to access underneath for nut/bolt attachment. Guess I will be taking off the front fender. Thank you!

Removing the bumper gives good access. And it's easier than removing the fender. The lip, the curved under part of the fender where the bolts are, is only about 20mm so you would have good access to undo the bolts.

Inspection.......

Jack up the car and do your inspection. Then ask question if you could not figure out how to remove the mounting bolt/s. Take a picture of the mounting bolt underneath. The area where the driving light is mounted at the passenger side fender is easily accessible from the underside. The driver side has more challenge if you have the plastic tank.
