Fuse 9 has 2 black/green on top and one black/green on bottom.

Fuse 10 has 2 black/white on top and one black/white on bottom.

Yes, Black/White and Black/Green do go to the center of the signal lamps and the brown goes to ground.

Problem solved. This is embarrassing.

Wrong bulbs. I had 1156 single filament in the turn signals, it needs 1157 dual filaments.

Yes, but I’m not sure after the accident if it was working, I only drove it to port at Honolulu then picked it up In Arizona and took it to the shop. I’m not sure if it worked when I picked it up from the shop, only drove it back home and haven’t payed attention until now.

Just glad it’s working and insurance paid for everything.

It is all good, now you know they work. :)
I even went to my car today to test mine were working in all headlight modes! (They are)
