Workshop Manuals, can you get digital version?

Do I need to purchase a physical copy of the workshop manuals or can I purchase/download a digital version?

I need a set for 1972 911.

Would love to simply be able to simply print off what I need and bring it into the shop to work off.

Thanks,

Rodney

I second Rodney’s question and also wonder who the best source is in the US if paper workshop manuals are the answer.

Not legally.

Porsche AG only sells the hard copy. Several sites have scanned manuals, and when Porsche find the site, they bring lots of lawyers and stop it.

If you don't mind stealing the manual and ignoring the copyright laws, it is out there.

Digital Shop Manuals

Hello -
I am a distributor for PMO and I started providing PMO and Weber info to customers earlier this year. I expanded that to include WSM's and Porsche Parts diagrams. I cover most 911/912's and 914's and some misc stuff along with some electr diagrams for some. I will provide these free of charge (unless you'd like to make a donation to my Paypal acct Info@youroil.net) - I don't know what the response will be so please be patient if a lot of you want them. Also, because the files are quite large, so you will get a email from WeTransfer.com with a download link. Also, please specify if you have carburetion so I can avoid sending those files un-necessarily. Please PM me and I'll get back to you....
