brass oil line ends

Does anyone know where to find the ends that are brazed onto the oil cooler lines that go from the thermostat to the front fender oil cooler? I wanted to give the whole oil system a clean out and had to cut off the nuts to avoid damaging the thermostat. It is hard to get the old ends off without damaging them.

If they’re available I’m not aware. You might put a WTB add in the for sale forum for some damaged oil lines and have the seller cut the ends off. Might be a long shot though.
Most people are fixing their damaged lines due to the high cost of replacements.
Good luck

I believe you can buy new ones they’re split for installation.

Elephant racing sells them, it uses an inner circle.

I know of the Elephant product, and I have been very pleased to buy stuff from them. They use a split washer so that the threaded piece can slip over the end. Too late though, cause I have already un-soldered the ends. They may be good enough, but I would really prefer new. I Like silver soldering and wanted to go that route.

I would imagine any decent machine shop or home enthusiast with a lathe could make them with some simple dimensions.
