Best upholstery shop

Hi purchased a pair of sport seats for my 3.2 carrera. They need to be reupholstered who would you guys recommend? I was researching and Classic 9 leather shop comes highly recommended.

Anyone use classic 9 leather recently?

I have used Classic 9 many times, most recently 3 years ago to redo my seats. They typically do a fabulous job. For your seats, just be sure you confirm about the leather color ahead of time (have them send a sample), especially if you are looking to match something.

Why did they close?

To the best of my knowledge they never closed. The original owner Robert sold it to another Rod and they consolidated to one building. Much of the original staff is still there. They did my 914 and my 911 very happy but very slow. I dropped off my rear seat delete back in April and I'm still waiting

I have dealt with Andrew from Classic 9 a couple of times over the last few years for my '74. Always a great experience. He matched my midnight blue leatherette perfectly after sending him my rear seat pads.

Spoke to Andrew today. Extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. I’m very confident I’ll be happy with the results. I’m having both sport seats completely redone.
