911 S 67 oil filter debris ? Opinions

Ok
Car is relatively new to me. It's not getting worse or better.
I posted this on the engine forum but got little response.
Has had a top end recently. No leaks runs well enough. I have recently shimmed the IMS gear for excessive free play. ( Noisy on shutdown )
Engine out or ??
Just over 3000 miles on this filter.
Thanks lyndon.

Does a magnet pick that stuff up?

Gold sheen to the oil?

Could be a bit of valve guide material. Had that in my last rebuild.

Guides weren't replaced.
Looks like aluminium ??
Engine was pristine inside when apart.
My concern is it's not getting any better. Is it too much debris.
Eg if it was my new Honda motorcycle I would already know the answer.

I have pulled this engine apart and it's now on the engine forum.
