75 911 gas lines

The 75 gas lines are black nylon. They can become brittle. After dropping the front suspension, i noticed a weeping rubber gas line near the fuel tank.
Theses lines are 10mm id and 8 mm id See pet for the lengths. 270 and 275mm

Get 4 new clamps and grommets for the lines.
The lines through the car are polymid.
The return line 8mm is roughly 114 inches long as it funs from the front to the engine bay and has a fitting that connectso to the return connection in the engine bay. I believe that this line is unique to 75’s.
The supply line in the tunnel is 10mm and is 1040 mm long. This line attaches to the tunnel line and is threaded back, then up and over the torsion bar enclosure then into the back of the pump,
I think that this arrangement keeps the fuel above the pump inlet and helps prevent gard starting.
Need 2 new clamps and grommets.
From the fuel pump to the accummulator it is a polymid line with fittings on both ends. I was able to use a pierburg pump with the new line that len cummins made.
I highly recommend you discuss with len if you fo this wofk.
It was not difficult with ftont suspendion off.

Thank you for your kind words Gary, and especially for your feedback in getting the measurements and details of the original tunnel lines.
Our working together made this possible.
