steering wheel I.D. please

does anyone know of the steering wheel type 'Personal'.
I cannot post a pic as currently in an internet cafe, but it looks like an old race type wheel - leather bound with the 'knobs' on the inside above the side spokes ( 3 spokes).
--- if anyone does, where can i get a hub/horn adapter to fit a horn to it?
Alternatively i will have to get a complete new wheel hub horn kit... sigh
thanks for any help

I had a personal(fitipaldi) wheel in my old 240z. It uses the standard size bolt pattern that i believe is also used by momo , nardi , etc . Should work out easily for you.

Does it look like this.....?

Seems to be standard with momo wheels I've seen, I haven't been able to find any information on Personal either.

Cool Personal Steering Wheels

Try AutoMod in Atlanta. They have carried the Personal line of steering wheels in the past and can probably get any hub or horn button that you might need. Their web address is www.automod.net. Of course, first check with our hosts to make sure that Pelicanparts can't help you.

Good Luck!

Thanks for the help guys- sorry for the slack/late reply but limited to internet cafes at the moment- I will check out the website and call Pelican of course.
It is the same as the pic but would have thought it not a simple Momo as Butch Stokes Miami-who I have my tech work done by would have tried that- unless they just want to sell me a new steering wheel and hub of course!!!
- shame on me - how miss-trusting of me!
Thanks again
