Unknown Tool - Anyone know?
 Finally getting to clean out the last one of my storage trailers since my move to NH, and I cannot for life of me figure out what this tool is?  Some sort of aid or tool to compress a spring? Dims 12in wide x 8in high. Anyone need one of these? I certainly do not but don't want to use it for scrap metal. Len.Cummings at verizon.net

Bicycle spoke wrench? (Not sure how big it is). Or I suppose for a motorcycle or car.
