Drivers side to hot - quick fix pictures please.
I suspect that the flapper box that feeds the left hand side of my Carrera 3 has seized closed (ie HOT!).
I will not have time to get to it for a few weeks, but understand from previous threads (thanks Jack, etc.) that there is quick work around to stop the hot air getting in to the cabin. Before I start pulling at carpet and connecting air tubes under the dash, does anyone have any pictures showing what I should be aiming to do. Thanks in advance Al G '76 Carrera 3 |

Don't pull any carpet, or monkey with any hoses. Slide under the car and at least wedge the flapper valve OPEN.

Having got home and investigated pulling out original carpet, I agree with what you are saying Superman. Only problem now is sliding under a car that rides at 24.5" with 9" Fuchs is a little tight - Guess I need to get out my ramps sooner than later after all.
