Best place for white guage faces?

Hello, does our sponsor carry white guage faces? A buddy of mine is looking for a set in kms for his 87 Carrera.
Thanks
Mike

You mean other than a Civic?

If Wayne doesn't have them, PA Speedo or NH speedo probably have them.

I would have replied: in the trash can.

Just don't like colored gauges faces... sorry that't just my opinion. To each his own, though, but do check with Pelican Parts 1st.

The only set of custom gauge faces I've seen that I ever liked were a "write up" in Excellence a year or so ago. They were painted in a "retro" fashion and really did look cool.

White gauge faces are a matter of personal taste. (of course, most things are) One big reason I can see for not having them is that, the needle is more difficult to pick up in a white background. When I glance down to pick up my rpm's or to check how fast I am going, I don't want to have to take a second glance to pick up the needle. But then maybe that's not a problem for you, under 40 P-Car owners

White guage faces are listed in the interior trim section. Simple question . . . Simple answer

IMHO, if you are gonna do it, do it right and have someone like North Holly Speedo do the painted guages. The other ones are cheap and delaminate. Ask me how I know. Also ask me how much it cost to have the aforementioned shop fix my speedo after I broke the damn needle trying to install the faces.

Thanks for the replies guys. As I mentioned above, these are not for me, but a friend of mine. I would'nt install these on my car as they would contrast too much, but his car, being white, would be different. Anyway, thanks again!

Is North Holly Speedo the exact name or how can I contact? My car's PO put in white dials and I want to have them changed back to black.

Doug,
Many thanks. Right after I posted I found their ad in the current issue of PANORAMA.
