Steering rack brakdown/Diagram

I've been all over the internet and I just got back. Nowhere can I find a breakdown/diagram picture of a 69-71 steering rack showing all the internal parts. Can somebody please share that with me?

Here is the parts I'm really in question about. I just discovered the tension puck and spring were stuck inside the crown wheel. But I'm still in question about the plastic disk on the left. it was floating around in the same area and getting stuck In the rack.
