Look like Scheel to me but, one can't see the fore/aft lever of recline hinges.

I'm not certain of make and model of the seat, but the slider handle is just like the one on a Flofit that I have. My Flofit looks different, but I don't know what their other models looked like. Side view of backrest adustment handle area would help.
