DynoMax Super Turbo Anyone?

I just bought a 2nd hand 1in/1out muffler off Ebay. It has Super Turbo inscribed on it so I assume it's a Dynomax SuperTurbo.

For the guys out there that use these, I've heard they sound similar to a Flowmaster (my motivation for buying it). Is this the case?

Also, for the guys with a 1 in / 2 out have you any pics on how it's plumbed? I'm considering adding a 2nd outlet and was wondering what the pipework arrangement was?

This is the only pic I have as I haven't received it yet.

Cheers

Glasgow,

That looks like a Bursch muffler to me. Bursch used Dynomax Turbo mufflers on their set ups.

Thanks for that. Did a search on Bursch and it brought up too many to go through! Is that a good or bad thing if it's a Bursch?

I have one one my car. I think it sounds great. The one problem with Bursch is that people say they don't last long. They tend to rust out. The person I purchased mine from had it Jet Hot coated before I put it on. So hopefully it'll last a while

I am very happy with it. It has a nice tone without any annoying resonance.

Here are some pics:

Excellent. Thanks for the link. It definately does look like your muffler. I'll have to look into rust proofing it too.
