				84 Carrera fuel injectors

My car has been sitting for awhile. Starts good, drives well. But idle mixture according to wideband is a little erratic. Was thinking about getting injectors cleaned, they are 36 years old and new ones not available. Unless anyone here has a set at reasonable cost. FYI, not into paypal, been ripped off too many times. Long time member, can mail payment if seller is legit. If not does $25 each at RC injector cleaning sound reasonable?

Definitely try cleaning first. I replaced the stock injectors on my '84 with a set from fiveomotorsport. They are Bosch 0280150360 and were plug and play. I think they're NLA. Have read that the Bosch Bosch 0280150364 work also. I have my old ones on the shelf to get cleaned and use as spares.

Thanks. With engine having 218,000 miles. Going the new ones from Five o racing. Bought my other ones for the turbo car from them. You can also get a nice discount by purchasing them on ebay.

Just bought a set of 24 lb Long Blue Knight Bosch injectors from Five-O Motorsport. They came with flow testing date, offset values and average deadtime values that I can plug into my EFI ECU. These injectors are high impedance so they may not work with the original Carrera DME.

I hope to get them in this weekend.
