Can anyone help identify the years of these Hapewe pliers , Thanks .

stil do not get your Q..You have a Hapewe pliers and?? they are for Porsche 911 tool kits early models also the tool kit had Klein pliers.....

well.if you show the complete pliers it will be easier to see ...they came from 1974 and up in tool kits...there are 2 different hapewe pliers

Those appear to be post 73.5 pliers. 71-73 pliers had hapwe on the outside of the handles and west Germany on the inside.

DP..very possible ,but the cut out we do not see it either round or strait

here are examples of porsche 911 tool kit pliers
  from left to right no name,Klein w.Germany,Hapewe-W.Germany,Hapewe-Germany,964-noname and the last Solingen Germany Hapewe 3rd from left other side
