Anyone have a source for these plastic clips? Photo is not my car. I borrowed it.

Those may be NLA. Maybe someone has a few lying around the garage. Make a nice printing project.

I was looking at my car last night to get a count. There are three different kinds that I see.

Qty 3, Double line (side by side) (:)
Qty 1, Quad line (in a square) (::)
Qty 1, Quad line (in a square) (::•) with a protrusion to attach to bracket by throttle body.

Might you have these?

It would make an excellent 3D printing project. I did some 3D printing before retirement. It would be just like me to buy a printer for just these. I must control my urges when it comes to tools.

just found these 2 ..if Tony will not have it you can have mine .Just have to pay for shipping from Europe....

I was in Santa Barbara last weekend and had lunch with Ingo. We passed by your neighborhood yesterday afternoon on the way back to Carmel. I will be back home in less 2 weeks and please send me a reminder. Have plenty of the double plastic clips but the triples and quads are not that abundant. I got your information too.

We have re-booked our cancelled trip to Spain in 2020 to July 2022. And re-booked the Balkan trip on August and will make a side trip to meet you in person. This Covid-19 has prevented us from traveling to Europe and missed several scheduled trips. Hope to meet you soon.

I modeled the three types of clips and have some prototypes being made. I should have them in a couple of weeks.

Very cool. Are you making the files available to the community? I’m sure there’s others like me that could make a contribution for your efforts.

I’m having all three printed (5 each) to see what look like. They will be the same color by purchasing this way.

I’ll provide the files if someone wants them. I’ll also make some Quad ones for anyone who would like to purchase them from me. Maybe car sets.

@garment - if he provides me the files, I can print you some. Then swing by and pick them up. You have to be ok with purple though lol

I should have them in a week from the printing service. If I need to change something I will do so. Then I can send the files.

Hi - how did the prints come out?

I did, the quad line is a little loose. I measured an old one and I think i’ll tighten the model and reprint.

Any update on this? I'd like the file or would be happy to purchase some clips from you!
