Vintage sport steering wheel what brand ????

Wanted to see if anyone or the experts on old steering wheels knows what this is. It was installed in a 73 RS lightweight and removed during concours restoration in late 1990s.
I can not find a brand, part # or anything stamped on, in or under.
Any ideas ?
Here are some measurments.
Side to side =349mm or 13.3/4"
Thickness of grip 108mm or 4.1/4" around grip.
