Opinions on painting wheel caps
Im gonna paint the Porsche logo on my wheel caps. Currently its a very blah silver.
Here is a link to my car when it was on Ebay. Looking at the rims, which are an anodized brushed silver.... do you think it would look better if I paint the Porsche crest with a gold inlay or with a silver inlay. Also...while we are at it. Im gonna replace the hood crest too...what do you think looks best on this car: gold inlay or silver?

If you have the patience and an artist touch then paint the center cap crest to the correct colors. I think it would add to the appearance of the car. Several people on the board have done it with grat results. I have the paint colors to do mine when I revamp the paint on my Fuch's.

Just did a search and found this web site on before after center cap painting. Take a look and judge for yourself which looks nicer.
