how to install a Blaupunkt CR-3001 radio on a 911 SC

Dear all

I would like to install on my SC a Blaupunkt CR-3001.

1) does anyone know where and how the amp should be positioned? I guess it should be under the passenger side floorboard.

Any instructions and/or picture on how to install the amp would be more than helpful.

2) any doc to understand how to install / connect => radio / amp / speakers

tks in advance!

Ale

I'd like to give this old thread a bump. I just found a CR-3001 amp in my boxes of parts. My '81 SC has a 3001 in the dash but no amp. I'd like to hook up the amp. All the speaker wires are in the passenger foot well, but the floor board doesn't look like it has any holes drilled in it for mounting. I don't see how the thing fits behind the floor board. Does anybody have any pics of the setup as installed?

Hmmm looks like mine is quite a bit higher profile and doesn’t want to fit even though this is where all the wires go.

Please excuse the rats nest and ugly crimp ons. Trying to figure out how and where to button all this up.
