Minor thread hijack:

Len, what size tubing are you using for those lines? Are you selling that tubing in bulk?

I have been looking for Cohline 2mm ID x 6mm OD for a while and coming up short.

Looks like these guys sell: 2mm ID x 6mm OD
https://www.cohpro.com/polyamide-tube-2mm-id-6mm-od.html

And Belmetric has 2mm ID x 4mm OD polyamide.

That being said, I got my tunnel to engine bay lines from Len, and he was super helpful with some custom tweaks.

Thanks - Hadn't found Cohpro.

The thinner wall line doesn't work well for CIS. It causes the injectors to pulse (the tube wall flexes) and this causes all kinds of problems with operation near idle (missing/misfires, poor idle, high hydrocarbons, won't pass smog in certain states like Oregon, etc). I found this out the hard way...

All my CIS Injector Lines are "thick wall".

The Poly tube from Bel Metric are 2mm x 4mm and have only a 1.0mm wall.
