Leather Restoration

Not a great pic of the driver’s seat. I have some cracks and a scuff mark from the seat belt. Been looking online for a good kit and can’t decide which one to order. This will be my winter and spring 2022 project.

Need to fill cracks and color leather.

Took only drivers side panel off and discovered the door doesn’t lock. Looks like if I take the mechanism off might need to remove the window . The car is an ‘85 911.

Also, need to fill the 2 holes and smooth out the indentations from the pull straps. I’d like to use a different style of RS strap.

I got the locking mechanism to work. Seems as if the door is out of adjustment. The door lach pushes hard and the door seems to hang up.

Thanks, looked at your post and the leather magic site. That’s exactly what I was looking for.
