Wheel bearings

Changing mine now- bought a cheapo bearings removal kit on Amazon for like $60.
My advice- the kit works great. I used another kit with a bearing splitter to pull the race off the shaft that is part of the wheel hub.
Only thing I do recommend, don’t try to hammer the wheel hub out of the bearing (like the book tells you to)- would not work for me. Use a slap hammer on the wheel lug bolts to pull it out.
I actually borrowed one from
Advance auto for free with the tool lend program- I haven’t used a slap hammer in 20 years and don’t need a ton of junk laying around. The slap hammer worked like a charm.
I froze the bearing and it went right in.
