Sway Bars or T-bars?

So should I upgrade the sway bars to 87-89 22/21mm, or upgrade the t-bars first?

I think the general consesus is T-bars first. I believe the sway bar mounts need strengthened with bigger bars and stock t-bars. I think it was Thom (widebody) who broke his sway bar mounts in this way.
