How to tighten Fuel door latch

Hi,

I have a 1972 911t - fuel door latch inside the fuel door is loose. So that the door when closed does not sit level. It appears that a bolt or screw is holding it in place and has worked its was loose.

How do I access the screw to secure the fuel door latch? Do I need to remove the fender? How hard is that to do?

A 5mm cap screw holds the latch mechanism on. Access it from the inside of the fender.
It’s a real soft metal / strips easy. I removed my fender to grind it off. Replaced with conventional hex bolt

Thanks, was able to get a 5mm bit in the cap screw and then a 1/4 wrench onto the bit. That was tight access - appreciate your help!
