German license plates?
So I had this cool idea - I thought it would be neat to get an authentic German license plate to replace the California one I have on the front bumper. So, I did a search not knowing If I'd find any ---RIGHT!
After searching MANY sights offering everything from original German plates for $19.95 to "design your own German plate" for $13.95, I began to think that maybe my original idea wasn't original at all. In fact, I started to think that my idea was down right lame and that I was being stupid. What do you think?

... Lots of guys already have them.. not to mention that depending on where you live the nice German plate may cost you even more in the way of paying tickets.. they DO look right on the cars tho.
![]() I say if you et one simply use it as a Wall piece. I brought back few Plates from Germany...Trier, Baumholder from when I was stationed there. One I had on the car and some "Dinghole" stole it. and the other s I have since given to friends.. Eric

One of my loadmasters just brought back a German plate (In fact I'm here now in Franfurt) for my car with our squadron, base ICAO code and the official stickers on it. Real cool! However it doesn't fit the back plate but will attach to the front. He thought it would add some realism to shows and the such. It looks great.
