Swing arm and spring plate questions on 75 911S

installing new bushings in the swing arm and spring plates.
car has about 90000 miiles and never replaced.

questions:
do the spring plate bushings get lubricated?
Should i use thread lock or anti sieze lubricant on the nuts that hold the swing arm in place?
