What part(s), if any, is missing here?
I'm new to Porsche's and need a little help identifying whether or not I'm missing part(s).
While working to refresh the interior (including cleaning up the rat's nest of wires you see in the pic ![]()
Car is a 1984 Coupe ***The forum is not posting pics I upload nor is it posting pics with the IMG tag. So,m the best I can do is add this link to imgur with the pic https://imgur.com/a/VpSSPMU Last edited by bryanoak; 02-24-2022 at 04:07 AM.. Reason: no picture |

Heck, I’m only 5 not 71!

The picture you tried to post is not a jpg file so it won’t post to the website. Also, your picture of the hole looks like the location for the AC bow tie outlet. Run your AC and see if you have air flow.
This is the bow tie vent in my 80SC ![]()

no, no, no.
It's the beer siphon tap. Just fit your keg in front, hook up the mouthpiece and GO! ![]() |

I must disagree with your statement, everyone knows the keg is mounted in the smugglers box to keep the beer cold.

Thank you. I will give it a shot. The A/C is next on my list. I'm building up the motivation because I suspect it's going to be a can of worms. A PO did some "things" I'll need to figure out.
In addition to a variable speed fan switch he replaced the fader with an on/off switch for the compressor. ![]() |
