Quiet or street sound, looking to replace my exhaust
|
That's going to be loud. Should go PMO or Webers too since you have hot rod exhaust now. I bought the suppressors. Still pretty dang loud.
Fantastic Blue. Have you thought about lowering it? |
Sorry I missed your questions.
This one is the street sound. The quality and fit is second to none. I was expecting it to be a little louder than it is. Maybe one day I’ll score a used sport exhaust and try it. Yes I’d love to lower this car! http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1651297825.jpg |
A work of art. How does the car feel with it installed?
|
I have a sport exhaust but am looking to replace with street...so seems M/K is the way to go! I ll PM you if i pull the trigger and see if you want the sport i have :-)

Yaaas!

Well the MK street exhaust was sold to a very awesome forum member.
I kept the MK Headers I ponied up some more $$ and bought a Scart from Rstrada. Thrilled is an understatement! Video below. https://youtu.be/k32GiQqxd_A |
The Scart sounds good - noticeable at idle and rasp with throttle. I'm currently using M&K RSR headers w/ MKM27 (2/1 out) on a 3.2, which is a great setup (no real need to change). However, since my skill set on a good day includes changing an exhaust, other options always lurk... The Rstrada site (and Scart site) shows a 1/1 Scart, but no 2/1 or 2/2 setups (?).
Question: which Scart exhaust did you install to work with M&K headers? |
They definitely have more products available that aren’t on the site.
Mine is a two in one out with the outlet made for a G body car. Contact Arling at Rstrada. He can help you out. |
