Is my new fuel pump starting to fail, or do they just randomly become noisy? (video)

I replaced my fuel pump last fall as part of diagnosing a no-start condition. Drove the car a bit in the fall and a bit again in the spring, then two months off before taking it on a long trip last week and weekend. On the drive over, began hearing this (if the pump is running it's sounding like this.)

Pump is whatever part number you get when you order it from our hosts or otherwise look up a pump for an '80 SC. There was some confusion when I ordered because the pump I got didn't look like what was on their site, but it was the correct pump. My Fiat also just got a new fuel pump and it's also rather noisy, though it's always been noisy. Is this just a thing? Makes me want to get a spare to keep on hand.

Haven't had time to touch the car yet, let along jack it up and take the skid plate off, but I've got other project priorities anyway.

Almost sounds like it’s rattling, might just be loose. Did you install new rubber isolators when you installed? I would check that everything is nice and tight. If so then free it up and wrap it with something to isolate it and test to see if it still makes noise. Either pump or it’s mount making the noise.
