Calling all German Pelicanheads!
A guy I work with is going to Germany and asked me if I could arrange an Autobahn ride in a P-Car. He will be in Darmstadt the afternoon/evening of June 1st. Anyone available? Mr. Smith? I think your car would be particularly well suited for this mission.

Sure thing Shawn...a couple hard runs from say 0-60 mph and 30-120 mph and then let him cool down and regain color to his face. Then to finish him off I could do a nice run up to 150 mph and if conditions and traffic permit...max speed in the vicinity of 165! Ha Ha...at that point I would be scared as well since my tires are only rated to 140 mph.

He can rent a 911 at any airport! Sixt/Budget has them at all the major sites and he can scare himself to death...
Picked my Brother up in our 81 Targa a few years back (when I lived there) and headed down the autobahn to our house. After a few minutes he remarked how nicely the car drove and how good the drivers were, then asked how fast we were going. Replied "around 120 mph" and all of a sudden he paid a lot more attention to what was going on! Joe
