How hard is changing front fenders? SC
 
My fathers '80 SC needs both front fenders repaired or replaced. Just what is involved in swapping the front fenders? I have been lead to believe they just bolt on/off. Thanks

Until you find the rust. You need new packing material and likely new fasteners. Cheers, Jim

Yep, bolt on/off, but it is a bit of a pain. Each bolt is covered in undercoating that takes a while to remove. Also, the top rear bolts (near the fuel door) are very hard to get at.
