Open pic, edit it to be under 5 meg and save. It must be a jpg file to upload.
Or, when using the Pelican add a photo, find photo, click where it shows the file size and choose a smaller option.

It HAS to be a JPG file for the easy picture upload. A PNG file will just vanish. And of course the under 5 MB limit as well.
Just click the yellow Go Advanced button just below the reply window. Then you will see a larger blue button "Click here to Upload Photos and of course click it.  Drag the photo to the window, or browse to the file and select it. Then the same Submit Reply as any post. Ta Da!
