Another Warm Start problem

Hi All, new to this forum. Great information and thank you. Quick Background. I have had this car for about 15 years and been in the family over 30 years. 79' 911SC. I had the motor rebuilt last year. I have replaced, fuel pump, check valve, accumulator, fuel filter. Have done a vacuum test and everything seems fine until I let it sit for a bit and then it is difficult to start and sometimes may need stater fluid. The last couple nights, I have let it get hot and then will use an Infrared thermometer on the thermotime and once it gets below the 110 degree threshold it will fire normally. It will cold start fine and the RPM will eventually settle down as it supposed. I have cleaned out the little screen on the WUR as well. Shall I go ahead and replace the thermotime and or cold start valve? All help is appreciated.
