911 SC clutch pedal pictures

Hi everyone,

I have a 911 SC with a clutch pedal issue.

I am rebuilding the cluster and when I took it apart the round bushing that is welded to the pedal was not connected.

I did not notice this when disassembling and now when I am assembling the angle needs to be set.

Does anyone have a pedal they can take pictures of so I can weld it back up.

Basically I need to see the angle where the barrel pin goes thru the bushing hole.

I have a pic attached but i am worried about getting the angle perfect. Any advice appreciated.

The hole in the barrel for the pin lines up with the spring holder on the pedal. Stick a piece of tungsten through the hole and line it up.

I appreciate the insight.

I have been studying pics on the internet and at first I thought it was lined up, but the closer I looked the more I thought it was slightly to the right of the spring pin.

Was hoping someone had one laying around that could snap a pic so I could clearly see the orientation.

I can go with the straight alignment as there is some adjustability to the clutch but I was shooting for almost perfect.

I checked one in the garage for you just to be sure before I posted. Pictures aren’t going to help you with different ratios, lenses, screens et. If you can tig it.

Perfect. I will alight it dead center with the pin and weld it up.

Thank you.
