Perfect fitting fan washers / spacers

Howdy.
Found thiese online:

These look like the perfect solution to stopping the normal round washers / spacers on the 911 alternator fun hub from wearing the centre lob. Has anyone tried these. could they fit a 911. There are listed for 912 models, I dont know if the size is different.

This issue I am talking about is posted here:

I'm confused on how that happens. Is it from using too few washers/spacers?

I thick as the fan belt stretches it gets loose. The washers are free to move a bit. at 5000rpm things rub and wear away. so these spacer washers look like a good way to stop them damaging the centre hub

I'd be shocked if it were actually the washer that cause the wear. I have always assumed if was the rear half of the pulley. the washers have very little mass and nothing to fores them off center to cause the wear. one the nut is loose the belt riding on the floating rear half of the pulley will cause the pulley to continues to shift on the fan hub at the load changes direction as the fan rotates.

Washers cause wear? How’s that exactly?

Are we talking about the pulley half coming lose and spinning on the fan hub?
